"A Traditional Japanese House Designed and Built by a Carpenter, Ready to Move In:
Fully Renovated Last September"
Nestled in the lush natural surroundings of Iidaka-cho, Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture,
this traditional Japanese house has been fully renovated.
While preserving the calm, distinctive atmosphere unique to traditional Japanese homes,
I personally designed and built it as a carpenter
to suit modern living.
During the renovation, not only the floor surfaces but also the floor framing
and the subfloor were completely replaced with new materials.
The plumbing systems, including water supply and drainage pipes, have also been fully updated.
There is no need for major renovations after purchase; the house is ready
for you to move in immediately.
During the viewing, I, the carpenter who carried out the work, will provide a detailed explanation
of the renovation areas and the materials used.
Even if you have concerns about purchasing a traditional Japanese house, you can make an informed decision
after inspecting the interior of the building.
The spacious lot can be used not only as a residence but also for a variety of
purposes, such as farmland, a home garden,
a storage shed, a workshop, or a hobby space.
Drawing on my experience as a carpenter, I’m happy to consult with you
on how to best utilize the building and land, with an eye toward your life after purchase.
