Hello!
This is the house where my grandfather, who turns 100 this year, has spent many long hours fishing on Lake Kasumigaura and enjoying the scenery.
Since it’s an old house, there are drafts, it gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter, and there are plenty of bugs—it’s far from perfect. But that’s exactly why you can enjoy the simplicity of “nothingness.”

Last year, my partner and I began making small improvements with the hope of listing it on Airbnb, but due to my own relocation and the difficulty of managing the property with my grandparents and aunt, we’ve decided to let it go. We hope it will find a new owner who will put their own touch on it and transform it into a comfortable home.

It’s a very quiet place where the stars shine beautifully at night, the morning sun rises clearly over Lake Kasumigaura, and the setting sun offers a truly peaceful and serene experience.
