I had been living here as a workspace, but due to worsening health issues requiring frequent hospital visits, I've decided to let it go.
I had planned to renovate, so materials like lumber and windows remain on-site.
Currently, I'm maintaining it by cleaning the interior and tending to the fields and mountains.

The house overlooks fields with great views and is in a quiet location.
Hiroshima Airport is nearby, so you can hear airplane noise, but it's not overly bothersome.
There is well water, and water flows down from the mountain to the field.
Recommended for DIY enthusiasts, camping lovers, or those wanting to cultivate a field.
Plenty of lumber and other materials remain in the house, so you can use them as-is.

The main house is a charming old folk house, nearly 150 years old.
The field right in front is just the right size. With mountains behind, you can enjoy mountain activities.
The previous owner started building a water area but never finished it.
There is no toilet, bathroom, or kitchen (though there is a sewage manhole on the property; the well pump is old and needs replacing).
With many areas needing repair, this is recommended for those who want to renovate or customize it freely, but it's not suitable for those seeking a ready-to-use, convenient property.
If someone buys it, I'll include tools and a grass trimmer.

The nearest station is Irino Station (less than 5 minutes by car, about 10 minutes by bicycle).
A bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away.
Buses run between Shiraichi Station and Hiroshima Airport, so service is fairly frequent.
A car is convenient, but trains, buses, and bicycles also provide access. Hot spring facilities are about a 5-minute drive away.
