House｜KOMINKA Bank

This is a traditional Japanese house that is over 150 years old.
There is a kitchen stove and a well (not suitable for drinking water). There is also a field in front of the main house, where you can grow your own vegetables.

The house faces National Route 175, which is the main road between Miyazu and Fukui.
There is also a separate house, so you can live in the separate house and run a shop in the main house.

The back of the house is surrounded by mountains, with a shrine nearby.
Across the road in front of the house lies a vast field, creating a natural and peaceful environment.


Convenience stores and an elementary school are nearby.

The toilet has been renovated and is clean, but the house as a whole requires renovation.

This house has been inhabited for over 150 years, so we would like someone who will cherish and use it carefully to live here.
