House｜KOMINKA Bank

Over the past four years, we have been painstakingly rehabilitating this old house!
We have finished renovating all the difficult parts of the house and are keeping it simple!
We worked in the garden while barbecuing and relaxing! It is a quiet place, the people around are welcoming, and there is a hot spring just a 5 minute drive away. It's a really nice place to live, even though it's near the mountains, there are places to shop! I'm getting busy with work and can't get there as often, so it's getting harder to manage, so I'd like to sell it to someone who wants to live there or wants to DIY it themselves to make it better.
