The two Japanese-style rooms in the main house were moved from the detached house of a local prominent figure (Minister of Education Sumitaka Haseba) and are solidly built of Yakusugi cedar, with a grand piano in the Western-style room.
The second floor, which has been extended, is a ryokan-style structure with no living space, as it is used only for returning guests.
The nearest supermarkets are Taiyo (400m), Nishimuta (450m), and A Coop (700m).
Gardening and vegetable garden are possible in the garden.
